The staff were lovely and super helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect for us, right at the 6th circle, making it easy to explore. My room was quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given the central spot. There are great restaurants just a short walk away too! 😊

The balcony provided a nice spot to catch some fresh air and check out the view, which was a small perk during my stay.

The water pumps installed on the roof kicked in regularly, causing a significant amount of noise, especially disturbing at night. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was a letdown, persistently reported but never repaired during my stay. The bathroom and kitchenette showed signs of wear, with rusty fittings that knocked any sense of comfort right out of me.

I was disappointed with the lack of hot water, which required me to wait for the heater to warm up before showering. Additionally, both the shower and sink had issues. the sink plug didn’t work properly, and water leaked everywhere after using the shower. When I reported these problems, the staff promised maintenance would fix them, but no one came during my stay.

The room we got had sticky floors, yet management did respond quickly when we asked for help.

I almost gave a good review, but it’s hard to ignore the rusty sink and tap in my room. Oh, and a little water pressure in the shower? What a delight. I expected a room upgrade for all these inconveniences, but I guess special treatments are just for the elite. How unfortunate.

Had a wonderful time enjoying the clean, comfy room with all the essentials and relaxing by the outdoor pool after a long day. The gym and sun terrace were great spots to unwind. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😊

I loved how easy it was to stroll to attractions like the Areeq Art Gallery in less than a 10-minute walk and enjoy the peaceful views at the Prince Hashem Bird Garden, both of which added a lot of joy to my stay.

The two-bedroom apartment perfectly accommodated our group, providing two bathrooms which was a big plus. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our check-in process seamless even at 1 am. However, the noise from the rooftop water pumps was quite disruptive at night, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times. While parking was available, it became limited during peak hours, which was a minor inconvenience.

The Almond Hotel is impressive, with clean surroundings and exceptionally friendly staff. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite I stayed in was well-maintained, and the cleaning staff was diligent, ensuring the room was spotless every day. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, which made my business trips manageable. Breakfast options were adequate, providing a good start to my day.
